2. For experienced crew:

3. Application Review:
   We review all applications to ensure candidates meet the professional standards required by yachts and employers.

4. Join Our Private Yacht Crew Recruitment Network:
   Approved candidates are added to our private recruitment network and considered for suitable roles.

5. Introductions to Yachts:
   When opportunities arise, we introduce suitable candidates to captains, chief stews, and yacht employers.

6. Interviews and Hiring
   Yachts interview and hire directly.
