My name is Jemma, the founder of The Yacht Interior Academy!

After 10 years within in the Superyacht interior industry, I realised how much valuable knowledge beginners rarely have access to. Throughout my career, I saw motivated people struggle, not because they weren’t capable, but because they didn’t know where to start or what was truly expected of them.

With years of experience and a head full of industry knowledge, I wanted to share what I’d learned in a clear, honest, and practical way. The Yacht Interior Academy was created to help new crew prepare properly, feel confident in their choices, and enter the industry informed, professional, and ready for life onboard.
